6. Creator responsibilities
Depending on the partnership, the creator may be responsible for:

- Reviewing and approving relevant offer and marketing materials
- Promoting the offer to their audience in whatever way they choose
- Fulfilling any responsibilities agreed in the separate partnership terms
Unless it is separately agreed, the creator is not required to use a specific platform, script, promotional format, posting schedule or launch method.

Zolvine does not guarantee:
- Sales
- Revenue
- Profit
- Audience growth
- Launch performance
- Partnership acceptance
- A specific launch timeline
Results depend on many factors, including the audience, niche, offer, execution, demand, creator participation and market conditions.
8. Intellectual property
Ownership and usage rights relating to products, content, branding, marketing assets, customer information and other materials are determined by the separate written partnership agreement.
9. Third-party services
The website and any partnership may involve third-party services, such as hosting, form processing, checkout, payment, email or other software providers.
